Estimating the Damages
Your vehicle will be analyzed on our estimating system. To ensure the best service for our customers, we have invested in the flagship estimating system of the industry, the CCC ONE estimating system. This system works directly with insurance companies with digital imaging to ensure you get the appropriate coverage you paid for.
Vehicle Disassembly
From there, your vehicle will be disassembled in our shop. It will be in the most highly equipped shop around with the combination of our fully equipped mechanical repair and collision center.
Frame Straightening
An often overlooked problem in accidents is a bent frame. We check this for you and can fix it right in house.

If necessary, your vehicle frame will be straightened on our Frame machine which is quick to set up, and is capable of 5 simultaneous pulls at once.
Part Replacement
From there it will have the new exterior parts installed in one of our 5 collision bays. It will be prepped for paint, and then masked.

We continue to check for quality even while the vehicle is being painted.
It is now ready to enter our complete downdraft spray booth where all variables, such as air temperature, are tightly controlled. The possibility of dirt entering the painted surface are virtually eliminated. All paints are mixed in house, using the best quality R-M undercoat and basecoat system, followed by the benchmark European Glasurit clearcoat system. The fresh paint is baked at a predetermined time and temperature.

Forget the days of toe and go alignments, with Pro Ackermann diagnostics on board our John Bean 18000 v3400 with advanced camera imaging alignment will make sure the job is done right.
It really doesn't matter if you need alignment on your work truck or on your sweet ride, this machine will take care of all of them. In addition to the standard 4 wheel castor, camber and toe, the v3400 produces rolling tire radius measurements for potential pull and AWD issues.

Finishing Touches
Your vehicle is now ready to have the finishing touches applied. If needed, in house alignment is performed at this time. Any air conditioning services, trim pieces, or final detailing needing done are handled at this time also.
Your vehicle is now ready for pickup. Don't worry, there is not a lot of paperwork to handle since we directly deal with the insurance company. You can just enjoy the experience of driving your vehicle home.
